With over three decades of experience leading complex organizations in multiple sectors, he has a depth of knowledge, and asks the most pressing and salient questions.
He has served as a New York State Family Court Judge, the Commissioner of New York City’s Administration for Children’s Services, and the chief executive officer of a $120M New York non-profit that has distinguished itself for quality services to children and families for over two centuries.
Ron is an active member in a number of national forums to develop and enhance creative, practical solutions to the challenges governments and non-profits encounter when protecting the interests of children and families. He is currently the board chair of Child Trends, a nationally respected child and family research organization.
